About

I am a first year master candidate studying comparative media studies at MIT. I am also a research assistant at Center for Civic Media (a collaboration between CMS and Media Lab). I have been focusing on ecology of civic media across countries and especially welcome any comment on this topic. I majored in journalism and communication during my undergraduate and that is why I developed such a strong interest in researching into new media and its implications on China. Reading books on political philosophy is my part of my pastime, and the rest is devoted to mountaineering and trekking.
